The dimensions on this set vary as it is designed to be built to suit your size needs. That being said the "main" base is 2.6" wide and 1.55 tall. The base piece can be divided in Half (hotdog style; on the long side) and that creates the tower pieces to be 2.6" tall and .75" wide. The second tier is 1.75" wide by 1.25 tall. The castle can be designed to any height/width you so choose to build it.
